Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. To request a return, contact us at info@shamas.co.uk

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons — worn or used items, items without original tags, and sale or promotional items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
